Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:
500 gr ripe avocado
125 gr silken tofu, drained
150 ml mango juice
50 ml honey
250 ml ice cubes

Method:

1. Prepare all the ingredients according to recipes.
2. Take the avocado flesh.
3. Combine avocado, tofu, mango juice, and honey in a blender until smooth.
4. Add ice, stir until smooth. Serve
For 7 cups
