Ingredients:
2 bananas of Ambon, peeled, cut into pieces
150 g fresh strawberries, cleaned
250 ml soy milk / low fat milk
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons oatmeal
Method:
1. Enter all ingredients in a blender bowl.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Pour into a 2 cup serving.
4. Serve immediately.
