Apple and Pear Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, peeled and diced
2 medium Golden Delicious apples, peeled, seeded, and roughly diced
1 ripe pear, peeled, seeded, and roughly diced
250 ml low-fat vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
250 ml apple juice pinch ground cinnamon


Method:

1. Simply combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth puree. If not, place in a blender container and process of dyeing.
2. Serve over ice in tall glasses.
