Mango Cream Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 400 gr large ripe mangoes
  • 250 ml boiled water
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 can lychees drained, for two
  • 1 egg white
  • 150 ml cream
Method:
