Valentine Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla-Flavor Yogurt (low fat)
1 tablespoon honey or granulated sugar
1 Matang Banana (sliced​​)
2 tablespoons strawberry jam
4 drops of Red Food Coloring

How to make valentine smoothie:     * Mix yogurt, jam, honey, food coloring and bananas in blender.
     * Blend until frothy.
     * Pour into a glass.
     * Decoration liking.
